“Clean rooms and friendly, helpful staff”

“We were warmly welcomed at check in and given waters and bananas. Rooms super clean and comfy beds. Loved the yogurt bar for breakfast! Will definitely come back!”

“Room was clean but had a lingering smell. Laundry room was dirty. Stairwell carpets were very dirty. Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep.”

“The room was nice. All the furnishings were newer. Staff was helpful and friendly.”

“The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful! My only complaint could be about the birds that were nesting around the entrance and walking around bird droppings.”

“We always stay at this hotel when we travel to JFK Nationals. We tried a few others but nothing else has ever compared especially for thw price.”

“Check in and was given a price but when we checked out it was almost twice as much quoted.”

“I have stayed at Microtel's for years. This was by far the worst maintained that I have ever stayed at. The sheet rock corners were falling off, toilet was stained, room smelled of mold, window opened very hard, tub drain didn't work, carpet had shreds. Most of the night, people were talking loudly in the office waiting room outside my room door. I know one thing for sure, that I will never stay there again.”
